Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Pahang, Malaysia is looking for a Finance Manager. The role involves overseeing financial analysis, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Ideal candidates should have a Degree in Accounting, at least 3 years of related experience, and knowledge of ERP systems like QNE or Oracle. This full-time position offers Monday to Friday working hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Overview

Working independently to provide excellent service to the key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting for the business, financial analysis with cost accounting and management reporting.
• Cash flow management and preparing taxation, audited reports.
• Work closely with a small team of managers to deliver outstanding results.
• Manage & supervise a small team of accounting staff in the month end closing process and review all journals, postings & reconciliations to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and formulate improved accounting and internal control systems, policies and procedures to safeguard assets and operations.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretary and other consultants for audit, taxation and banking matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Professional Degree, CIMA will be added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years related experience as Finance Manager.
• Knowledge in using ERP Finance system in Manufacturing Environment – QNE / Navision / Oracle System is an advantage.
• Willingness to work the extra miles to meet tight reporting deadline.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
