Job summary

Tan Chong Group’s TC Euro Cars Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Manager based at the KL Head Office. The role focuses on preparing monthly performance reports, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, and reviewing accounts.

You will identify revenue opportunities in fleet services and manage costs related to fleet management and car-sharing operations. The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree with 4–6 years of experience, is highly organized, detail oriented, and proficient in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or professional degree in Finance and Accounting.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Word, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly account performance reports including revenue, utilisation, claims and penalties.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular account reviews and performance reporting.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in long-term rentals, leasing, subscriptions and fleet replacement.
• Achieve revenue, utilisation and margin targets.
• Manage fleet management charges and external car-sharing operations.

TC Euro Cars Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Tan Chong Group) is looking for Accounts Manager. This role will be based at KL Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly account performance reports, including revenue, utilisation, claims, and penalties.


• Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards.


• Conduct regular account reviews and performance reporting.


• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (long-term rental, leasing, subscription, fleet replacement).


• Achieve assigned revenue, utilisation, and margin targets.


• Manage fleet management charges and external car-sharing operations.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance and Accounting.


• Minimum 4 - 6 years of working experience.


• Able to multi tasks and computer literate (Excel, Word).


• Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload and work within tight deadlines.


• Detailed and analytical oriented.
