Job description

We are looking for a Finance Manager responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance duties, including banking & treasury, accounting & reporting, financial planning & analysis for our F&B operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
  2. Responsible for monthly closing and consolidation of accounts within stipulated deadlines.
  3. Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure timely preparation of financial reports and tax planning.
  4. Manage monthly group cash flow forecasts and perform analysis on costs, budgets, and revenues.
  5. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.
  6. Review SST submissions and ensure SST compliance.
  7. Liaise with internal and external parties including bankers, insurance agents, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
  8. Plan annual audits and tax returns.
  9. Perform any duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, and/or MACPA.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role with strong leadership qualities, independence, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SQL systems; experience in theme park, tourism, F&B retail chains is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) in English.
