We are a leading Korean Multinational Company seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team! As a full-time Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the company's accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
2. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support the decision-making process.
3. Support HQ Programme (ERP) in reporting, delivering financial activity reports within the timeframe, supporting financial both internal and external audits.
4. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
5. Analyse financial data and provide insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is aligned with operational objectives.
7. Monitor and track AR management and Aging analysis.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.
9. Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
2. At least 3 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare industry.
3. Proficiency in English (fluency in Korean is a plus).
4. Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
5. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Proven experience in leading and developing a finance team.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in ERP.
