Mudah Healthcare in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, strengthen controls and support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate brings manufacturing accounting and team leadership experience, with strong financial reporting and regulatory knowledge to drive performance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA or MIA membership is highly advantageous.
• 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory management and product costing is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of MFRS, Malaysian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG or other manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations and banking relationships.
• Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, cost allocation and profitability analysis.
• Monitor production costs, cost variances and opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and risk management.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance and accounting team.
