Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in finance and accounting, particularly within plantation, manufacturing, logistics, and trading sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee full spectrum of finance & accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, tax, audit)
2. Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
3. Ensure timely financial and management reporting (monthly/year-end)
4. Review cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
5. Ensure tax compliance (corporate tax, GST, withholding tax)
6. Coordinate statutory audit and liaise with external auditors
7. Lead and develop a team of accounting staff
8. Continuously improve processes and reporting accuracy

Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance/Accounting; ACCA/CPA/CFA or Master's is a plus
2. Minimum 5–7 years in finance leadership role
3. Familiar with SQL Accounting software
4. Strong understanding of financial standards and tax compliance
5. Industry experience in plantation/manufacturing/logistics/trading preferred
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Immediate availability preferred
