A leading company in the F&B and hospitality sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager. The successful candidate will supervise finance operations for multiple companies, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial processes. We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Finance Manager to oversee the financial administration of companies under our group (operating in F&B and hospitality). The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, streamline financial operations, and integrate modern accounting software with our Food Market Hub (purchasing system) and AutoCount (payroll system).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-spectrum finance functions, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation for 6 companies.
Payroll Management: Oversee and process payroll using AutoCount, ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other statutory requirements.
Cost Analysis & Control: Conduct regular cost reviews, identify savings opportunities, and optimize financial performance across all businesses.
Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements (SST, income tax, audits, etc.).
Integrate and optimize accounting software with Food Market Hub (procurement) and Autocount (payroll systems) for seamless operations.
Supervise and mentor 3 – 4 employees.
Improve financial processes through automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance across all businesses.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA).
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of accounting software, payroll systems and procurement systems (Food Market Hub experience is a plus).
Hands-on payroll processing experience with knowledge of statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
Proven skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial optimization.
Leadership skills with experience managing a small finance team.
Tech-driven mindset – able to implement automation and digital solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
