Your new company
They are one of the top MNC companies in Malaysia. Currently, they are seeking an FP&A Assistant Manager / Manager to join their dynamic Finance team.

Your new role
• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process.
• Analyse costs, capital expenditures, and operational expenses, and provide insights on budget variances.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to align financial plans with the company's strategic goals.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics related to investments, ensuring adherence to budgets and forecasts.
• Support decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations on technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models for projects, tracking ROI and performance metrics.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional memberships such as CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably with a background in External Audit.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools; advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
