Responsible for the implementation, managing and coordinating the Finance and Accounts function of the Group of Companies as well as compliance with the statutory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall financial and accounting functions of the Group
Prepare monthly financial management reports and accounts promptly
Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage cash flow, working capital and treasury functions
Oversee the daily financial operations, budgeting, and taxation functions
Examine and improve areas of internal controls and ensure proper maintenance of financial records
Plan, organize, lead and motivate team members in the Finance Department
Undertake specific assignments as instructed from time to time
Analyze and interpret operational and accounting data to explain variations and trends in relation to previous periods, budgets and forecasts (profit variance analysis, contribution margin analysis)
Prepare annual budget forecast and periodic review
Work with individuals from all functional areas in preparing, analyzing and communicating information to provide relevant, accurate, timely information that will be helpful to the management for decision-making
