We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong leadership skills to manage a finance team and support executive decision-making. This role is key in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings, audit preparation, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
3. Develop and manage the company’s financial strategies and annual budget planning.
4. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
6. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
7. Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external consultants.
8. Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies.
9. Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities.
10. Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure professional growth and high performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
4. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
6. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful.
9. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
