Job description

Overview

• Oversee daily finance operations including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, margin analysis, and profitability reports; recommend cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure statutory, tax, and audit compliance while strengthening internal controls and risk management.
• Work closely with senior management, operations, and project teams to provide financial insights and support business growth strategies.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to management for decision-making.
• Lead finance digitalization initiatives, ERP optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Implement internal controls, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to build strong functional capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MIA) are highly desirable.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong background in EMS / electronics / manufacturing industry with understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance.
• Excellent command of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
