Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Kajang, Malaysia
Salary: RM 6,000 - RM 10,000 per month (commensurate with experience), with attractive benefits.
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Finance Manager to join our team in Kajang. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of finance, accounting, and auditing practices. As a key member of our finance department, you will manage a team of finance professionals and ensure that financial operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily financial operations of the company and ensure that financial reports are accurate, timely, and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
2. Manage, lead, and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-performance standards.
3. Review and manage financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents.
4. Perform monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, auditing requirements, and internal controls.
6. Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
7. Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
8. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s growth and business objectives.
9. Supervise cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial functions.

Key Requirements:

1. A recognized member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or equivalent professional body.
2. A minimum of 5 years of working experience in finance, with a preference for candidates who have experience working in audit.
3. Proven experience in managing financial operations, budgets, and leading a finance team.
4. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team of finance professionals.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in auditing or having worked in an audit firm is highly preferred.
