Job Summary:

• Availability to work on the following days and shifts: Monday to Friday, Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience required.
• Expected salary: RM7,000 - RM8,000 per month.

Working Location: Senai JB

Company Background: Hardware Company (MNC)

Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Monday to Friday). Benefits include EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, and Sick Leave.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting

• Manage full set of accounts, oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
• Prepare financial and management reports, including budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analyses, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare GST and Income Tax Returns.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax laws, and legal requirements.
• Manage tax filings, audits, and liaise with tax advisors on transfer pricing.
• Implement e-Invoicing compliance and internal controls.

Treasury & Cash Management

• Manage cash flows, forecast, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity.
• Oversee bank accounts and facilities.

Audits

• Manage internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes.

Policies & Procedures

• Develop and improve policies, workflows, and internal controls.

Other Responsibilities

• Manage logistics of incoming goods.
• Train finance staff on e-Invoicing procedures.
• Monitor e-Invoicing system performance and suggest improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., MIA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance management experience.
• Experience with stock exchange-listed companies is an advantage.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MFRS, tax regulations, and legal requirements in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous with attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Team player, capable of working independently.
