Job Summary:
- Availability to work on the following days and shifts: Monday to Friday, Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience required.
- Expected salary: RM7,000 - RM8,000 per month.

Responsibilities:
Accounting & Reporting
- Manage full set of accounts, oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
- Prepare financial and management reports, including budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analyses, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
Tax & Compliance
- Prepare GST and Income Tax Returns.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax laws, and legal requirements.
- Manage tax filings, audits, and liaise with tax advisors on transfer pricing.
- Implement e-Invoicing compliance and internal controls.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Manage cash flows, forecast, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity.
- Oversee bank accounts and facilities.
Audits
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes.
Policies & Procedures
- Develop and improve policies, workflows, and internal controls.
Other Responsibilities
- Manage logistics of incoming goods.
- Train finance staff on e-Invoicing procedures.
- Monitor e-Invoicing system performance and suggest improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., MIA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance management experience.
- Experience with stock exchange-listed companies is an advantage.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of MFRS, tax regulations, and legal requirements in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous with attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Team player, capable of working independently.
