Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
• Lead, train and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• CPA, CFA or equivalent certification (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

We are an established manufacturer of baby garments for international well-known brands. We have grown significantly from SMI to large scale within a short period. The headquarters (management office) is located in Skudai, Johor with more than 3,000 staff and workers in Cambodia and Vietnam.

History

Formerly known as Bakawali Sdn Bhd, we changed to Nyan Kids (M) Sdn Bhd in 2009, in line with the restructuring of business trends. Since 2009, we have shifted our production and manufacturing to overseas factories, located in Cambodia - Phnom Penh and Vietnam - Dong Nai. The headquarters office is located in the light industry area of Taman Universiti, Johor, mainly to provide management service to our overseas factory.
