1. Responsible for the overall financial, operational, and tactical strategy implementation in accordance with the long-term strategic goals of the company.

2. To update daily cash position of the Group.

3. Lead in preparation of financial reports including bank borrowings, trade facilities, and daily cash reconciliations.

4. Lead in preparation of budgets, cash flow projections, forecasts, and analysis.

5. Responsible for accurate and timely production of Financial and Management Reports and Consolidation of Financial Statements for financial review and in compliance with statutory accounting standards and latest financial developments.

6. Liaise with various banks to ensure sufficient service and products provided.

7. Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents on financial matters.

8. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all monthly and quarterly financial information for Board and Accounts meetings.

9. Review monthly Management Accounts.

10. Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement; track work progress and conduct performance reviews to build staff competence and encourage motivation, pro-activeness, and job satisfaction of all direct reports.

11. Assist in special projects assigned by the superior.

12. Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by management.

13. Perform FOREX trend analysis and action plans.

14. Perform cost accounting analysis and advisory to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting & Finance or a Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry and/or Big 4 audit firm.

3. Good knowledge of financial accounting and taxation.

4. Knowledge of Companies Act and relevant tax laws (e.g., Corporate & Income Tax, SST).

5. Good numerical and analytical skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

7. Good interpersonal skills, positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
