Oversee daily finance operations including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.

Monitor manufacturing costs, margin analysis, and profitability reports; recommend cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure statutory, tax, and audit compliance while strengthening internal controls and risk management.

Work closely with senior management, operations, and project teams to provide financial insights and support business growth strategies.

Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to management for decision-making.

Lead finance digitalization initiatives, ERP optimization, and continuous improvement projects.

Implement internal controls, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.

Mentor and develop finance team members to build strong functional capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MIA) are highly desirable.

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.

Strong background in EMS / electronics / manufacturing industry with understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance.

Excellent command of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
