As our Finance Lead, you’ll be the key person managing all finance operations for our Malaysia and Singapore office. You’ll be working closely with our Finance Manager in Hong Kong, and our VP SEA to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and smooth coordination with our HQ. This is a role for someone who’s independent, tech-savvy, and ready to take the lead in managing the day-to-day financial processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle the full set of accounts and ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws

• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and analysis, and ensure timely month-end closings

• Manage cash flow, payroll, banking activities, payments, and expense tracking

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties to fulfill statutory requirements

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Streamline financial processes and introduce improvements where necessary

• Work independently to maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and assist in group consolidation

• Act as a key finance contact point for the Malaysia and Singapore office

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; experience working in a tech company is a plus

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently

• A strong sense of accountability and ownership—you take responsibility and follow through

• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and operational efficiency

• Problem-solving skills and a good understanding of financial controls and procedures

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based accounting systems

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with solid communication skills in English

• A high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times
