Job summary

4Fingers Crispy Chicken in Malaysia is offering an internship position in the Finance department. You will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable data entry, and reconcile figures to support monthly closing activities.

The role also involves helping prepare journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations, while maintaining cash books and supporting audit documentation. Strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; final-year students preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork skills.
Availability for an internship of up to 6 months is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in AP and AR data entry and reconciliation.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, journal entries and accrual/prepayment reconciliation.
Assist in cash book maintenance and bank reconciliation.
Support audit and compliance documentation.
Work closely with Finance teams on daily administrative tasks.
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
