Job summary

Lilly is offering an internship in Malaysia focused on global employee expense operations. You will gain hands-on experience with SAP Concur, data analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration in a large multinational environment.

You will support SOx and operational controls, under guidance, while building practical skills in expense processes and stakeholder support. This role requires strong English and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Available for minimum internship period of 6 months.
• Exposure to SAP Concur and data analytics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review local travel and expense policies and assist internal controls.
• Provide Tier 1 support to affiliates for expense questions and system issues.
• Monitor inquiries in the Generic Mailbox (GMB).
• Assist with SAP Concur to ERP interface issue resolution with affiliates.
• Support credit card administration activities including applications and reporting.
• Collaborate on post‑payment audits of expense reports and follow‑ups.
