Job summary

Roche is offering an internship opportunity in Compliance & Business Operations in Malaysia. You will assess reimbursements, document results in Concur, and support compliance projects across affiliates.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in Business, Law, or Finance with a minimum CGPA of 3.0, fluent in English, and able to commit at least 6 months. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
• Strong academic performance with CGPA at least 3.0 and active extracurriculars.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages valued (Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese).
• Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team and meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee reimbursement activities accurately and promptly against policies and regulatory requirements across supported affiliates.
• Maintain clear, meticulous documentation of all compliance assessment results within Concur during the claim processing cycle.
• Support the team in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities within current operational processes.
• Perform data analysis and testing to contribute to affiliate reporting and broader Compliance Projects.
• Engage with colleagues from various business functions and escalate complex issues to the RSS Line Manager when required.
