Private Advertiser in Johor Bahru is offering a finance internship for students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. The role focuses on assisting with invoices, payment documents, and expense claims while supporting accounts payable and receivable activities.

You will help update accounting records, prepare schedules and reports, maintain organized filing, and follow up on outstanding documents with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in accounting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn and follow instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with processing invoices, payment documents, receipts and expense claims.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in updating accounting records and maintaining accurate financial data.
• Help prepare financial schedules, reports and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment vouchers and other financial documents.
• Follow up on outstanding documents with internal departments, customers or suppliers.
• Support the team with data entry and other finance-related tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
