Job summary

ACCA Careers in Kuala Lumpur is looking for trainees to join the outsourcing and accounting services team. The role involves preparing accounting records and financial statements, while maintaining thorough documentation for clients across various industries.

You will support payroll processing, including payroll records and payslips, and prepare MBRS conversion files for a large client portfolio. Onboarding new clients with document prep and data collection is also included.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking.
• Preferably Trainee specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written.
• Candidates must be resident in Malaysia, or have the right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting records, financial statements, and maintain proper documentation for clients across various industries.
• Support payroll processing tasks, including preparation of payroll records and payslips.
• Prepare MBRS conversion files for a large portfolio of clients, managing tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with SSM submission standards.
• Provide administrative support in new client onboarding, including document preparation, data collection.
