Requirements
- The ideal candidate is ambitious and sees themselves progressing into a CFO or COO position in the near future.
- They are eager to gain hands-on exposure across all areas of the business, working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors.
- They possess a strong financial background—either through a degree in accounting or finance, or an MBA—paired with over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services, consulting, or audit.
- They thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a curious, problem-solving mindset to every challenge.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, they are comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Power BI, and other business platforms—or are keen to learn them quickly
- Opportunity to work directly with the CEO, driving strategy, people operations, finance, and governance. Think of it as running the CEO’s office, with a clear path to becoming Chief of Staff.
