Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific invites applications for the Finance Graduate Program in Cyberjaya. This 24-month development track exposes you to Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and more, with rotations under the Head of Department.

You'll work on analytics, automation, and technology to build a long-term finance career, collaborating across teams and applying data-driven insights to improve reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Exposure to data analytics and automated reporting tools.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, including internships.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
• Interest in finance operations, FP&A, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support rotational assignments across Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue, Cost, and Controllership.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and explain variances.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve processes.
• Participate in finance transformation and process migration projects.
• Collaborate with finance, business, data, and technology teams; document progress.
