Job description

Finance Executive/Senior Finance Executive

· Prepare and manage full set of accounts in accordance to relevant accounting standards

· Overseeing monthly and yearly management reports timely and accurately

· Liaise with external auditors for financial year closing & reporting

· Prepare budget and cash flow forecast

· Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and inventory listing

· Maintenance of bank book and liaise with banker on daily cash management matters

· Overseeing the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial analysis, insight to support decision making

· Prepare audit and statutory financial statement on time

· Assist in budget and variance analysis

· Assist in tax computation, tax revision and liaise with tax agent on tax related matters

· Perform any other ad-hoc assignments when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

· At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the accounting or finance and audit

· Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Autocount accounting software or other accounting software.

· Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.

· Detailed with problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.

· Positive working attitude with pleasant personality.

· Able to work independently and be a team player.

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is a plus
