Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to contribute to strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in handling the AP, AR, general ledger, and profit & loss statements.
• Responsible for invoice issuance and following up on overdue payments and timely payments.
• Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks such as processing daily transactions and issuing payments.
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing, and reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and tax agents.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Assist in audits, tax filings, and ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, LCCI, Degree, or ACCA in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
• Prefer 1-3 years experience in AR/AP for Junior position.
• At least 3-5 years experience in full set accounts for Senior position.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, UBS) and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Resilient, adaptable, meticulous, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (onsite).

We are also seeking individuals with a strong background in Accounting and Finance to support the C-level financial activities. This role involves managing investment portfolios, processing payments and invoices, ensuring tax compliance, handling credit card transactions, and providing comprehensive financial support. [Salary up to RM8,000]
