FINANCE EXECUTIVE / SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Handle full set of accounts, including profit computation, journal entries, and preparation of monthly management reports.

Prepare payments, including loan drawdowns and withdrawals from the HDA / Project account.

Assist in updating budgets and cash flow projections.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on matters related to annual audits and tax computations.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software; knowledge of AutoCount is an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; experience in the property development industry is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
