Job summary

Maple Business Management (M) Sdn Bhd is recruiting for an accounting role in Damansara, Selangor. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in accounting or finance and has 1–3 years of accounting or audit experience.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software. The successful candidate will handle full set accounting, assist in audits, and ensure regulatory compliance while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting or audit experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation and audit procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of accounts including receivable, payable, GL and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare payment schedules and ensure timely settlements.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to management.
