About the role

We are seeking a highly-skilled Finance Executive to join the team in our Kota Kinabalu, Sabah office. As a full-time member of our dynamic finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting and accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

• In Charge of company Quotation writing and able to optimize company sales and profit objectives through effective pricing management
• In Charge of managing Suppliers/Vendors and company budgeting by project basis
• Conducting financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
• Analysis of information, data, or opportunities to make the best decision in how to strategically quote for purposes of winning the business
• Coordinate with Project Representatives to determine and/or clarify project requirements to ensure quality output

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting domain
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferably Chinese speaking
