Job description

  • Preferably a degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is preferred.
  • Preparing, recording, and archiving daily accounting vouchers, handling the company's complete accounting, and preparing financial statements;
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable between the company and its clients, as well as internal cost accounting;
  • Preparing weekly cash flow reports;
  • Responsible for invoicing, paying SST (Sales and Service Tax), stamp duty, and corporate income tax;
  • Recording fixed assets and amortization of insurance;
  • Assisting in monitoring the company's financial situation, reviewing expenses related to company revenues and expenditures, promptly reporting any abnormalities, and having a strong sensitivity to data;
  • Assisting in the company's cost management work, including cost forecasting, profit and loss forecasting, and financial analysis;
  • Responsible for completing monthly financial statements and basic financial analysis.
