Basic Equities Trading / Investment Management support
Monitoring and reporting on investment performance
Creating and interpreting basic charts
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Staying informed about market trends and investment opportunities
Basic accounting tasks – including Book Keeping, General Ledger, and other accounting duties
General day-to-day office administration
Organise and schedule company meetings, online and face to face
Regional travel for work if required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Accounting or similar qualifications
Min 2 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting functions
Basic charting knowledge and ability to interpret data
Experience with Equities Trading Companies will be a definite plus
Strong computer skills and hands-on experience with accounting software
Good attitude with willingness to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge
Pro-active, organized, resourceful, able to work independently
Fluent in written and spoken English
This is a full-time job, open only to Malaysian citizens
