Job summary

OHG Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a driven finance professional to join our Group Finance team. You will work directly with our CFO, strengthening technical accounting and financial reporting while gaining exposure to group finance.

Responsibilities include monthly management accounts, month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, group consolidation, variance analysis, and supporting audit and tax processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
• Familiar with Malaysian Accounting Standard and Income Tax Act.
• 1–2 years working experience in a property management industry is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments and adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations.
• Assist with group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Review and reconcile financial data from business units and subsidiaries.
• Assist in preparing variance analysis and financial information for management reporting.
• Support audit and tax processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Assist with SST, tax and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties on finance and accounting matters.
• Assist in improving finance processes, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
