Job description

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Executive to join our team. Your role would be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Ensure proper recording of transactions for fixed assets and inventories of the company in accordance with international accounting standards and company policies.
2. Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts, reconciliation and reporting.
3. Proper maintenance of data master.
4. Coordinate and involve in stock take activities.
5. Able to attend to and resolve matters in relation to fixed assets and inventories.
6. Preparation and Computation of sales commissions/incentives.
7. E-claim approval and branch float verification.
8. Assist in statutory audit preparation, tax computation, SST filing and tax estimate.
9. Other ad hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent.
2. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates may apply.
3. Willing to travel nationally up to 20%.

Highly Desirable:

1. Advanced User of Spreadsheet and Presentation Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
2. Good Analytical Skills and is Able to Present Analysis in Rationale and “Speaking the Audience Language”.
3. Independent, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Result Oriented as well as Customer Oriented.
4. Ability to Multi-Task, Work Under Pressure, and Meet Deadlines Required.
5. Business/Commercially focused acumen.
