What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and manage product costing (materials, labor, overhead) with accuracy and insight
• Identify and report on cost variances, driving continuous improvement in pricing and processes
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure real-time cost visibility
• Maintain and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) and standard cost structures
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and profit margin analysis
• Provide actionable recommendations that shape strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and cost control policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in costing (manufacturing or industrial background preferred)
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
