The employer is one of the biggest banks in Malaysia with more than 400 branches nationwide. They are currently hiring for a Personal Banker to be stationed at their branch in Air Keroh Melaka.

• Basic Salary of RM3000-RM10000 (excluding commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives)
• Yearly incentive trips and performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
• Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage potential prospects
• Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
• Build business relationships with customers to enhance rapport for up-selling activities
• Provide financial advice and follow-up service on policy matters

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification (at least 5 passes including BM) with at least 3 years of working experience
• Fresh diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage
• Result-driven with a strong interest in sales and marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
• Own transport and willingness to travel as required
