Our client is a multinational automotive company with a global presence, offering a fixed-term contract position for a Finance Executive/Assistant to support their finance team. The contract duration is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Work Mode: Work From Office

Responsibilities:
  • Processing business-related expense claims submitted by employees across the ASEAN region.
  • Reconciling expense claims reports and statements monthly.
  • Manually inputting claims and records into the finance system using Excel.
  • Verifying the accuracy of claims and records.
  • Submitting expense claims reports for management review and approval.
  • Issuing cheques for claims payments.
  • Supporting automation initiatives for the claims process.
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum Diploma in LCCI or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Five-day work week in the office required.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
