Job description

We are representing our client, a premier seafood restaurant offering exquisite flavors from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. This unique and luxurious restaurant provides the ultimate dining experience, perfect for any occasion, combining culinary excellence with an unforgettable atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor the F&B Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accuracy in sales reporting and AR data.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updating of AR reports.
  • Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
  • Support audits and compliance by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with F&B POS systems and AR processes is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
