Finance Executive and Hr Executive(Entry level) - 2 Position

About the Role:

As a Finance Executive at Wallace Fried Chicken and Burger, you'll be an essential part of our finance department, handling daily financial transactions and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. You'll play a vital role in supporting our overall financial efficiency and compliance within the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Transaction Management: Handle and process daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management for various outlets and suppliers.

General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and perform regular reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer accounts).

Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and other management reports specific to F&B operations.

Inventory & Costing Support: Work closely with the operations team to reconcile inventory records, track food costs, and analyze variances.

Cash Flow Monitoring: Assist in monitoring cash flow, managing petty cash, and preparing cash flow projections, especially for daily sales and expenditures.

Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations (e.g., SST) and accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) relevant to the F&B industry.

Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency, particularly in relation to F&B operations.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake other finance-related duties and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1 years minimum of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.

Solid understanding of Malaysian accounting principles and tax regulations (e.g., SST).

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, Autocount, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively within a team and with operations staff.

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the F&B finance domain.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and loves working with people.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records (physical and digital), preparing HR-related documents, and managing general HR correspondence.

Recruitment Support: Help with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new hires (e.g., preparing welcome kits, coordinating first-day logistics) and support offboarding processes.

Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll team with data entry, leave tracking, and preparing necessary payroll documentation.

Employee Welfare: Be a friendly point of contact for basic employee inquiries and assist in coordinating employee engagement activities.
