We’re hiring a Finance Executive / Analyst to join our high-performance remote team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Perform daily accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliation
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Participate in special projects and process improvements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance operations (AR/AP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting tools (Power BI is a bonus)
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
• Comfortable with remote work and able to follow a fixed work schedule
• Proactive problem solver — not just a task follower
