Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cost control or auditing within the hospitality industry.

Job Summary

The Finance Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue and cost reporting, conducting spot checks, and supporting profitability through cost analysis and control. The role involves collaboration across teams to maintain financial compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of revenue and cost reports to ensure all transactions are properly documented and comply with internal policies.
  • Conduct spot checks on receiving, F&B outlets, and bar operations.
  • Review menu pricing against food costs to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports, investigate irregularities, and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Be adaptable and willing to take on additional duties as needed to support the team on an ad hoc basis.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in cost control or auditing, preferably within the hospitality industry, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates self-management and upholds core values in the workplace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in operating standard office equipment.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
