About the role

As a Finance Executive at Osc Orthopaedic Specialist Center, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and reporting for this fast-growing healthcare organization. Based in USJ Subang Jaya Selangor, this full-time position will see you contributing to the strategic financial direction of the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and annual budget
2. Manage the accounts receivable functions
3. Assist with the preparation of audit files and liaise with external auditors
4. Provide financial data and insights to support business decision-making
5. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
6. Support the Finance team in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
7. Support the Front Office team with matters pertaining to patients' insurance coverage

What we're looking for

1. Qualified with 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in the healthcare or professional services industry
2. Excellent knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis
3. Proven track record in month-end and year-end close processes
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
5. Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and MS Office suite
6. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
