About the Role

The Finance Executive will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand and support the financial needs of various business units. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments are key to success in this position.

What you'll do:

• In charge of Accounts Payables, including monthly closing, ageing report and reconciliations.
• Handle banking matters.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare monthly journal entry and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare SST fillings and handle other tax-related matters.
• Manage CAPEX.
• Any other ad hoc duties.

• Possess Degree in Accounting or Business Studies.
• Minimum with 3 years’ experience in IT / service / trading industry.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in Workday will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
