Fathopes Energy Hiring! Full Time Finance Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

  • Education: At least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in accounting, financial management, or a similar role. Experience in AP, AR, GL, and reconciliation preferred.
  • Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of SST and/or GST regulations and Malaysian tax law.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Accounting Software: Familiarity with systems like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
  • Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a team and support senior management.
  • Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing and month-end closing.
  • Process invoices, prepare payments, and manage data entry for accounting systems.
  • Oversee petty cash payments with proper documentation.
  • Process goods receipt data entries and invoices to ensure accuracy in inventory and financial records.
  • Assist in audit and tax documentation preparation, ensuring compliance.
  • Tax Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to Malaysian tax laws, including SST and GST, and accurate tax filings.
  • Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow: Prepare reconciliations and monitor bank balances to manage cash flow effectively.
  • Staff Claims & Payments: Process staff claims ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement.
  • Records Management: Organize and maintain financial documents securely and efficiently.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, liaise with auditors, banks, and authorities, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and support the finance team as needed.
