Job description

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., MFRS).

Consolidate financial data from various departments and ensure accuracy of reported figures.

Prepare monthly consultant payments, such as consultant fees and medical reimbursements, ensuring all payments are on time and accurate.

Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Identify opportunities for automating and streamlining reporting processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, accounts payable, and operations to ensure data accuracy.

Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by finance leadership.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor the completeness and accuracy of finance postings from Hospital Information System (HIS) to Financial Information System (FIS).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general finance roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (especially FI/CO; MM module familiarity is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas); Power BI experience is a plus.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Familiarity with AR and AP best practices and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
