Ensure prompt banking in of payments received from customers, update and maintain an accurate Accounts Receivables in the system.
Responsible for credit control function.
Checking and verification of purchase/expenses documents.
Checking and verification of personnel claims against entitlements.
Responsible for making payments to creditors and for personnel claims, as well as maintaining accurate Accounts Payables in the system.
Preparation of financial statements and all other related reports on a timely basis.
