Job description

Ensure prompt banking in of payments received from customers, update and maintain an accurate Accounts Receivables in the system.

Responsible for credit control function.

Checking and verification of purchase/expenses documents.

Checking and verification of personnel claims against entitlements.

Responsible for making payments to creditors and for personnel claims, as well as maintaining accurate Accounts Payables in the system.

Preparation of financial statements and all other related reports on a timely basis.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Professional qualification in Accounting or any equivalent background.
• Fresh graduate or no more than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English and Malay - written and spoken.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Basic salary (depends on experience & exposure)
• 5-day work week
