Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy
Prepare monthly management account
Manage administrative functions in the office
Assist in and liaising with suppliers, corporate secretary, auditors, ad-hoc reports and duties
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in Accounting or Finance; candidate with working experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage
Responsibility and able to work independently and with minimum supervision
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Experience with CargoWise is desirable, but not mandatory
Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay
