A leading manufacturing company seeks a Finance Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting operations. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, and managing statutory audits. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing sector. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel are crucial for this role, which requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsible for preparing a full set of accounts in a timely manner.
Perform daily bookkeeping functions at the company level, including preparing journal entries, invoices, debit/credit notes, and bank reconciliations.
Handle day-to-day operations in the finance department.
Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
Handle tax compliance by preparing schedules and calculations for the tax agent and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Prepare company business plans and budgets.
Manage statutory audits, prepare audit schedules, confirmations, and calculations, and ensure compliance and clearance.
Undertake any other projects and ad-hoc work as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are a plus.
Strong understanding of full set of accounts, cost accounting, and manufacturing financial operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a strong plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
