About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Finance Executive to join the dynamic team at Power Steel & Electro-Plating Works Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in our office in Shah Alam, Selangor, and will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and growth.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making

Assisting with the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and other financial planning activities

Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes

Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices

Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen interest in contributing to the company's growth

Able to start work immediately is an advantage
