Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Finance Executive in Malaysia to manage daily financial operations, including accounting tasks, reporting, budgeting support, and statutory submissions.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and highly organized with strong accuracy and compliance focus to ensure smooth financial processes for the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, monthly reports, and analysis.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax agents, and other external stakeholders.
• Verify and process expense claims, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
• Support tax filing, statutory submissions, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to improving financial processes.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
