Finance Executive

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury-related matters.

What You Will Do

• Manage accounts payable activities
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to queries
• Perform inventory counts (weekly/yearly)
• Conduct fixed asset physical audits (quarterly)
• Prepare weekly/monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare audit schedules and journal postings
• Generate Fixed Assets reports
• Support internal and external audits/tax processes by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors and tax agents
• Assist the Finance Manager with other assignments as required

We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of solid experience in financial management
• College degree or equivalent in finance is preferable
• High integrity and maturity with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and under pressure
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in written and verbal English skills
• Strong teamwork spirit
